POSTAGE/DELIVERY POLICY

Courier service for domestic and Singapore is handled by NinjaVan while courier service for international shipping will be handled by Aramex. Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.

Locka.my aims to deliver within the agreed time frame upon purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Our shipments will be sent out from Monday – Friday except for Public Holiday. Once the item has been picked up by courier, the delivery will take 1-3 days (domestic) and 7-10 days (international). Should there be any issues during the delivery period, you may contact the courier company.
